This anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed by the applicants, who are apprehending their arrest in connection with Crime No. 131/2025 registered at Police Station – Jainagar, District – Surajpur (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Sections 318(4) read with Section 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (BNS) and Section 10 of the Chhattisgarh Protection of Depositors Interest Act, 2005. 2

The learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this instant bail application, with the liberty that if any cause of action arises, he would take recourse of law.

Learned counsel for the respondent/State has no objection.
