By this petition under Section 482 of the CrPC, the petitioner has prayed for quashment of FIR registered in Crime No.15/2011 at Police Station Awapalli, Distt. Bijapur for the offence punishable under Sections 294, 506 of the IPC and 3 (1) (xi) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities)Act, 1989.
