#1. After arguing for some time, learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that he may be permitted to withdraw this transfer petition. However, he prays that 3rd Additional Principal Jude, Family Court, Raipur, District Raipur may be directed to expedite the trial of three cases and conclude the same within a specific time frame.
#2. On due consideration, prayer made by counsel for the applicant is allowed. 2
#3. Accordingly, the transfer petition is disposed of as withdrawn. However, the 3rd Additional Principal Jude, Family Court, Raipur, District Raipur is directed to expedite the trial of three cases i.e. HMA Case No. 268 of 2021 (divorce petition), MJC Case No. 44 of 2011 (maintenance case) and MCC No. 507 of 2025 under Section 127 of the Cr.P.C., pending between the parties and conclude the same expeditiously preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt / submission of copy of this order.
#4. With the aforesaid observation & direction, the transfer petition stands disposed of as withdrawn.
#5. It is made clear that both the parties shall cooperate with the Family Court for expeditious disposal of the case.
