Since the Common facts and grounds involved in all these writ petitions, they are being considered and decided by this common order. 2. By the present writ petitions, the petitioners, who are retired from their respective services, seeking a direction towards the respondent authorities to consider and decide the pending representations submitted by them for grant of pension. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that though the petitioners superannuated from their services, but till date the respondents have not released the pension of the petitioners. 4. At this juncture, learned State counsel submits that the respective case of the petitioners will be considered and decided in accordance with law within 30 days. 5. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the pleadings and documents. 6. It is not in dispute that the petitioners have been superannuated, but till date they are not getting pension. For redressal of their grievance they are running from pillar to post, but the same does not fructify. 14 7. Considering the entire facts and circumstances of the case, all the writ petitions are disposed of with a direction to each of the petitioner to file a fresh representation before the concerned Collector within a period of 20 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order by reiterating the claim which was made in the earlier representations. In case of filing of representation, the Collector concerned is directed to consider the same and take necessary steps for disbursal of pension to the petitioners within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of the representation.
Decision
