Since the common issue and facts are involved in these writ petitions, therefore, they are being considered and decided by this common order. 2. By the present Writ Petitions, the Petitioners who have been assigned the work of preparation of mid-day meal under the Scheme pursuant to the order dated 11/03/2022 issued by the Block Education officer, are seeking a direction towards the respondents’ authorities to comply with the notification of the State Govt. as Scheduled-D issued by the Labour Commissioner under the Minimum Wages Act, 1948 and to pay the 21 salary to the petitioners on collectorate rate from the date of joining under the respondents with interest. 3. Learned counsel for the Respondents would submit that the petitioners are seeking salary under the Minimum Wages Act, 1948, however,the same can be raised before the Assistant Labour Commissioner under the Industrial Dispute Act, 1947 and as such the writ petitions are not maintainable as disputed facts are involved in these petitions. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the documents

From the pleadings, reliefs and grievance sought by the petitioner, this Court is of the considered opinion that the petitioners have to approach before the Assistant Commissioner to raise all this grievances made herein. 6. Accordingly, the Writ Petitions are disposed of with a liberty to the petitioners to approach before the Assistant Labour Commissioner under the Industrial Dispute Act, 1947 to claim their salaries under the Minimum Wages Act, 1948. 7.
