WPS No.2910/2020, WPS No.2923/2020, WPS No.2973/2020, WPS No.3065/2020, WPS No.3086/2020 and WPS No.3163/2020 1. 2. Heard. Learned counsel for the respondents No.2 to 4/SECL would submit that in aforesaid writ petitions, the petitioners/their son have been provided employment, as such, their grievance has been redressed, therefore, these petitions have become infructuous. 6 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners also conceded the aforesaid contention made by learned counsel for the respondents No.2 to 4. 4. In view of the above, aforesaid six writ petitions are dismissed as having become infructuous. WPS No.3141/2020 and WPS No.3214/2020 1. Heard. 2. Learned counsel appearing for the respondents No.2 to 4/SECL would submit that the petitioners are not found eligible to provide employment, therefore, employment has not been provided to them. He would further submit that aforesaid order has been communicated to the petitioners. 3. In view of above, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw aforesaid two writ petitions with liberty to file fresh petition in changed circumstances. 4. Learned counsel for the respondents have no objection to allow prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioners. 5. Permission is granted. 6.
