State of Chhattisg^rh & Ors./ p|etitioner Submits that idehtical petition (i disposed off by this Court vide order (S) No.2251/12 (Jayram in W.P. Leamed counsel for the S i&te also does not dispute. In that view of the matterj same ternis as contained in o| (S) No.2251/12 (Jayram W.P. this petition is also disposed off on the -der dated 21st June, 2012 passed in Mandawi Vs. State of Chhattisgarh & Ors.). It is niade clear that this (pourt has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case, nor is tljiere any specific direction to regularize the petitioner.
