In these petitions, the petitioners have challenged the press release and advertisement issued by District Eduction Officer, Rajnandgaon dated 08.04.2022 and District Education Officer, Korba dated 20.04.2022, whereby applications were invited to fill up posts of teachers on deputation in Swami Atmanand English Medium School. 2. Learned counsel for the State would submit that the press release dated 08.04.2022 was canceled by the District Education Officer vide order dated 25.04.2022 vide Annexure R/1 and the candidates were invited for viva 6 voce/skill test vide letter dated 28.04.2022. 3. Considering the fact that the press release has already been canceled by the District Education Officer, Rajnandgaon and thereafter, candidates were called for viva voce/skill tests.
