Order on Board 09.05 .2025 1. Heard Mr. Tarendra Kumar Jha, learned counsel for the appellants and Mr. Sangharsh Pandey, learned Government Advocate for the State/respondents. 7 2. The case is listed under the “Office Notes” as there are several defects in the petition pointed out by the Registry. It has been reflected from the memo of the writ petition that some of the appellants have preferred another writ appeal bearing WA No.237/2025, as such, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition with a 3. 4. liberty to file afresh appeal. Learned State counsel has no objection. Accordingly the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn on the aforesaid liberty, as prayed for subject to depositing a sum of Rs.5,000/- as cost by the appellants in the Registry of this Court and submit a receipt of the same at the time of filing of the fresh petition, if any, and the amount so deposited, if any, shall be transmitted to the Government School for Visually and Hearing Impaired, Chhattisgarh.
