10.8 In the alternative, direct the learned Revenue Board, Circuit Court, Raipur to expeditiously decide pending application for grant of stay under section 52(2) of Land Revenue Code filed along with Revision Petition.
10.9 Grant any other relief(s)/order(s)/direction(s) in favour of petitioner, which deemed fit & proper in the facts & circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have preferred revision petition bearing No.RN/12/R.A.-74/280/2025, before Board of Revenue, Circuit Court, Raipur, which has been pending consideration since 15.7.2025. He further submits that the petitioners have also filed application under Section 52(2) of the Chhattisgarh Land Revenue Code, 1959 (for short ‘the Code 1959’) seeking interim relief, however, the said application has not been decided yet. Hence, it is prayed that this petition may be disposed of directing Board of Revenue to decide aforesaid application filed by the petitioners under Section 52(2) of the Code 1959, within stipulated period.
Learned counsel for the State submits that he has no objection if the prayer of the petitioners is allowed.

Having considered the limited prayer of the petitioners and without entering into the merits of the case, this petition is disposed of. It is expected that the Board of Revenue, Circuit Court, Raipur, shall decide the interim application filed by the petitioners under Section 52(2) of the Code 1959 at the earliest.
