1. Learned counsel oippearing for the petitioners submits that while working as Assistant Teachers/Upper Division Teachers, the petitioners have gone on training to improve their qualifications on their own expenses and acquired B. Ed./B.TJ Examination Certificate.

Thus. the^ petitions are being disposed of by this common order, 3, According to learned counsel the petitioners, petitioners are entitted to two advance increments in view of the decision of this Court in the case of Ya^iwoint Kumar Bharadwaj Vs. Municipal Corporation, burg and another {2006 CCC) MPJR-C6 96}. This Court in the case of Yofihwant Kumar Bharadwaj Vs. Municipal Corporation, &ur9 ond another (Supra), aime to the conclusion that the teachers, who had obtained B. Ed./B.T-I. Examination Certificate on his own expens&s, are

4. Learned coun^l for the petiti'oners further submits that th@ facts and questjon of law invotved in the present cases are squarely covered by decision of this Court in the case of hiNtiu—r. Yashwcint Kumar Bharadwaj Vs< Municipal Corporatjon, Durg ond another (Supra), to which learned coun^l oppearing for the respondents fairly concedes and agrees witii the averment made by learned coun^l oppearing for the petitioners.

5. Accordingly, the writ petitions are allowed in terms of the order passed in 1+ie case of Yashw<xnt |<iimar Bharadwaj Vs. Municipa! Corporation, Durg oind oinother (Supra), subject to verification of the fact as to whether the petitioners have acquired B. Ed./BTX Examination Certificate on their own expen^s or not. No order as to costs.
