Since common question of facts and law is involved in these cases, as such, all these petitions are being infructuous of by this common order.
Decision
2. The petitioners have prayed for certain reliefs in the writ petitions. Though there are some sort of differences in respect of prayer made by the petitioners in all the petitions, however, in sum and substance, the reliefs are altogether similar and identical. The reliefs prayed in WPS No. 2203/2023 (Shradha Biwalkar vs. State of Chhattisgarh & Ors.) are quoted hereinbelow in order to consider these cases and to decide the same. "10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities, by way of writ of mandamus to consider the case of the petitioner for promotion to higher post of Lecturer, if she hold eligibility/suitability as per rules, by 8 constituting Departmental Promotion Committee. 10.2 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities, by way of writ of mandamus to not to further convert Municipal Corporation Raipur Schools to "Swami Atmanand Angreji Madhayam Vidalaya". 10.3 Any other relief, which this Hon'ble Court deems fit according to the facts & circumstances of the case may also be granted." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in all the writ petitions the relief which have been sought by the petitioners in respect of promotion to the post of Lecturer have already been granted to the petitioners as such the grievances raised by the petitioners have already been redressed as such with the afflux of time, all the petitions have been rendered infructuous. 4. Learned counsel for the respondents agreed with the submissions made by the counsel for the petitioners and have no objection. 5.
