The petitioner has challenged the order passed by the learned Trial Court in Civil Suit No.22-A/2019 dated 08.02.2021, whereby, an application moved by the plaintiff under Order 6 Rule 17 of the CPC was partly allowed and said order has been challenged by defendant No.2 by filing this petition. 2. The plaintiff filed a suit for declaration of title, permanent injunction, to declare sale deeds, orders passed by the Revenue Courts null and void and vacant possession of the suit land. 3. During pendency of the Civil Suit, the plaintiff moved an application under Order 6 Rule 17 of CPC to correct typographical mistakes and further, inserted para 16-A where plaintiff described order passed in revenue appeal dated 30.07.2020 and also challenged said order. 4. The plaintiff also inserted para 17-A and challenged two sale deeds dated 15.09.2020 and also sought relief in this regard. 5. Learned Trial Court vide order dated 08.02.2021 partly allowed the application. Against said order, this petition has been preferred. 6. A perusal or the order impugned would show that the application for amendment was moved at preliminary stage and the amendment proposed has not changed the nature of the suit, therefore, the learned Trial Court allowed it. 7. Taking into consideration the contents of the application moved under Order 6 Rule 17 of the CPC and the reasons assigned by the learned Trial Court, I do not find any good ground to interfere with the order impugned.
