ORDE R (10.06.2013) This is a writ appeal against order dated 01.03.2013 dismissing the writ petition of Shri Sant kumarPaikra (appellant). Heard counsel for the parties. Learned single Judge has recorded finding that there was no appointment letter and the appellant was working on the basis of forged appointment letter and therefore he is not entitled for the same.
