#4. Anut seeking a direction to consider The petitioners applications for selection on the post of Peon (Regular), pursuant to the advertisement dated 12.03.2012 (Aimexure P/4). According to Shri Shrivastava, fhe petitioners have all the requisite . qualification and experience as required for consideration for selection to the post of peon. However, since their applications the authorities may be direeted to were rejected in the past, consider fhe applications and allow them to participate in the selection process. The prayer is misconceived. If the applications ofthe petitioners have been rejected in the past, may be on one or the other eround, that cannot be a @round to approach this Court before Iheir present applications are considered by the authorities for selection on the post ofPeon. The petition is misconceived and premature.
