JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 2 20-09-2012 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a complaint case in which cognizance has been taken under Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is of establishing forceful physical relationship with the complainant. It is submitted that initially during investigation, accusation was found false and final form was submitted but on protest, cognizance has been taken. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SDJ.M., Sadar, Sitamarhi in connection with Complaint Case No. C1-1230 of 2011 subject to the Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35708 of 2012 (2) dt.20-09-2012 conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) Anil/-
