The petitioners being the parents of the husband and the husband himself of the informant are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner Yaswant Kumar, being the husband, that he is ready to keep the informant as wife with full dignity and honour, hence the accusation is not being deliberated. Considering the stand of the husband, let the above named petitioners of Cr. Misc. No. 9516 of 2012 be released on Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9516 of 2012 (2) dt.29-03-2012 anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura in connection with Murliganj P.S. Case No. 45 of 2011, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. So far as Yaswant Kumar, petitioner of Cr. Misc. No. 10882 of 2012, being the husband, is concerned, let the above named petitioners of Cr. Misc. No. 10882 of 2012 be released on provisional anticipatory bail for one year, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura in connection with Murliganj P.S. Case No. 45 of 2011, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. Learned court below will issue notice to the informant for her appearance when the husband will take the informant to her matrimonial house to keep her as wife with full dignity and honour.

The provisional bail of Yaswant Kumar will be Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9516 of 2012 (2) dt.29-03-2012 confirmed by the learned court below within a period of one year if the matrimonial harmony is substantially restored or if the informant deliberately refuses to reside with the petitioner or if the informant fails to appear.
