It has been pointed out that, inadvertently, in second last line of para-08 of the order dated 16.12.2025 word ‘enrage’ has wrongly been typed in place of word ‘enlarge’ and in 3rd, 6th and 7th line of paragraph no. 09 of the order, name of petitioner has wrongly been typed as ‘Baba @ Shashi Kant Sah’ instead of ‘Sanjit Sah @ Sanjeet Sah’ as the prayer for bail of the petitioner ‘Baba @ Shashi Kant Sah’ has been rejected vide aforesaid order dated 16.12.2025.
Accordingly, the order dated 16.12.2025 is corrected/modified to the extent that in second last line of para- 08 of the order, let the word ‘enlarge’ be read in place of word ‘enrage’ and in 3rd, 6th and 7th line of para-09 of the order, let the name of petitioner ‘Sanjit Sah @ Sanjeet Sah’ be read in place of ‘Baba @ Shashi Kant Sah’.
