CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 4 31-08-2012 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant after ten years of marriage. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that dead body was recovered from the well situated in the house of the victim’s parents. It is submitted that suspicion was raised against this petitioner since the petitioner was absent from the house. Considering suspicious nature accusation, particularly the fact that dead body was recovered from the well situated in the house of the victim’s parents, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail in the event of arrest or 2 Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15774 of 2012 (4) dt.31-08-2012 surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today in connection with Manjhi P.S. Case No. 93 of 2011 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M. Saran at Chapra, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. U.K./- (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J)
