The State of Bihar and others) in view of the fact that identical issues which were involved in the aforesaid writ application are also involved in these matters.
Decision

If the assertion of the petitioners that similarly situated persons have already been regularized is found to be correct then let the cases of the petitioners be also considered sympathetically.
