JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 2 18-03-2013 Heard learned senior counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 365 and 384 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that the truck of the informant dashed the car of the petitioner when the informant was being made captive when Rs. 30,000/- was demanded by the petitioner as cost for damage of the car when the informant paid Rs. 4,000/- then he was released. It is submitted by learned senior counsel for the petitioner that for occurrence of 23.03.2012 at 3.45 P.M., F.I.R. was registered on 23.03.2012 at

9.45 P.M. and there is no proof with regard to payment and damage to the car is admitted by the informant himself when a statement has been made in 2 Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9607 of 2013 (2) dt.18-03-2013 paragraph no. 11 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today in connection with Forbesganj(Simraha) P.S. Case No. 109 of 2012 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M.
