Jha College, Katihar that he must respond to the university, which he has failed to do despite two communications, dated 24.08.2011 and 24.08.2012 with a period of six weeks from the date of production of a copy of this Order and thereafter the respondent authorities of the university, including the Vice-Chancellor shall get the same processed through the auditors and take steps for payment. If funds are not available, make requisition from the State Government for making payment, if there is no legal impediment for making such payments.
