CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 2 13-09-2012 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 379, 307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is of making assault. It is submitted that injury has been found to be simple when there is counter version of occurrence also and petitioners’ sides have also received injuries. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioners Sachchidanand Yadav, Ramashish Yadav and Rajnandan Prasad be released on bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today in connection with Ghoshi P.S. Case No. 242 of 2010 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) 2 Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34432 of 2012 (2) dt.13-09-2012 each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M. Jehanabad, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. U.K./- (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J)
