The present petition has been filed seeking the ORAL ORDER following relief(s):- “1. That it is humbly stated that the instant application is being filed for appropriately modifying/clarifying/altering the order dated

05.04.2018, passed in CWJC No.4637/2017 and analogous cases by Hon’ble Mr. Justice Mohit Kumar Shah, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for on the facts in the circumstances of this. (order impugned)”

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in case the petitioners are aggrieved, they be granted liberty to challenge the judgment dated 05.04.2018, passed in C.W.J.C. No.4547 of 2017 (Pintoo Kumar Singh & Ors. vs. The Union of India & Ors.) and other analogues cases, by availing such remedies as are otherwise available under the law. It goes without saying that the petitioners are free to avail appropriate remedies, as are available under the law.
