JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 6 17-10-2022 Heard learned counsel for the parties. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 498(A) & other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3 / 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act. By filing supplementary affidavit, it is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner and informant are living together as husband & wife and there is no dispute between them. Learned counsel for the informant / O.P.-2 does not dispute the submission made on behalf of petitioner and submits that case has been compromised between the parties. Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67479 of 2021(6) dt.17-10-2022 In view of aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Ara in connection with Ara Mahila P.S.
