2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code.
It is a case of torture and harassment for dowry.
It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the dispute between the parties have been settled by way of compromise. Compromise petition of both the parties was filed in the lower court and certified copy of the same is annexed as Annexure-2 to this petition. Patna High Court CR. MISC. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioners, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Motihari, East Champaran, in connection with Complaint Case No. C-333 of 2023, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. saurabhkrsinha/- U T (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J)
