JUSTICE AHSANUDDIN AMANULLAH ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 2 13-12-2013 These 28 applications have been made by the petitioners in the concerned Miscellaneous Jurisdiction Cases for revival of the MJCs in exercise of the liberty reserved under our order dated 9th April 2013. Under the above referred order dated 9th April 2013, we had recorded the assurance given by the respondent- University to complete the interview and to issue appointment letters to the selected persons by 30th June 2013. In the event, the University failed to make appointment by 30th June 2013, the petitioners were reserved its assurance and to stand by liberty to revive the petitions (MJCs). Learned advocate Mr. Anshu Dhar Sharma has appeared for the petitioners. He has submitted that no appointments have been made as assured. The MJCs, therefore, need to be revived. Learned counsel Mr. D.K. Sinha has appeared for the respondent Rajendra Agriculture University. He has relied upon the counter affidavit filed by the University; particularly the statement that the appointment orders have been issued on 29th June 2013. Mr. Sinha has also produced photocopy of the appointment orders issued on 29th June 2013 for our perusal. Mr. Sinha, however, concedes that some 24 appointments are yet to be made for which roster clearance is awaited from the State Patna High Court MJC No.4452 of 2013 (2) dt.13-12-2013 14 Government. In above view of the matter, it cannot be said that the University has failed to stand by its assurance. The applications for revival of the MJCs are rejected. (R.M.
