JUSTICE JYOTI SARAN ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE JYOTI SARAN) 2 31-01-2012 Heard learned counsel for the parties. The petitioner is aggrieved by the order 14.11.2011 passed in Sessions Trial No. 543 of 2011 whereby the application for discharge filed under Section 227 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been rejected by the learned Sessions Court. The petitioner has been charged for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 366A and 376 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned trial Court upon consideration of the materials on record, the statement of the petitioner himself as also the materials that have come 2 Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.774 of 2012 (2) dt.31-01-2012 during the course of investigation has come to a conclusion that there were sufficient grounds for proceeding against the petitioner for the alleged offences. I find no infirmity in the order passed by the learned Court below. The application is dismissed. Bibhash/- (Jyoti Saran, J.)
