This is an application for quashing of the order dated 19.04.2023 passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in G.R. No. 2185 of 2018/ Tr. No. 1447 of 2020 by which the discharge petition filed on behalf of the petitioner under Section 239 of the Cr.P.C. has been rejected.
