Having regard to the fact that the petitioner has a grievance against the selection of the respondent no.6 on the post of Anganbari Sevika and that she has already moved the competent authority namely the Collector of the Purnea district by filing her representation in the form of complaint dated 6.9.2012 as contained in Annexure-5, this Court would direct the Collector of Purnea district to ensure that the aforesaid complaint cum representation of the petitioner is disposed of within a period of four months from the date of receipt of this order but only after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as also the respondent no.6.
