After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners propose to represent his grievances before the respondent no. 2 by filing a representation annexing the copy of the orders passed by the consolidation authorities. In this view of the matter, in case such Patna High Court CWJC No.10556 of 2012 (2) dt.15-04-2013 representation is filed within a period of three weeks, the representation be considered in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within a period of three months on filing of such representation and immediate remedial measures be taken in light of the order passed on the representation.
