CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 4 30-04-2012 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. appearing on behalf of State. This application, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, is to quash the order dated
Operative part
22.08.2008 passed in Buniyadganj P.S. Case No. 09 of 2006 (G.R. On perusal of the impugned order, I find no illegality amounting to abuse of the process of the Court for interference in inherent jurisdiction under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. Accordingly, Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28142 of 2009 (4) dt.30-04-2012 application is dismissed.
