Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.
The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in Kishanganj GRPS P. S. Case No.72 of 2024 registered for the offences punishable under Section 305(c) of B.N.S.
On query of the Court with regard to the stage of the case, the learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that process under Section 82 Cr.P.C. has been issued.
Since process under Section 82 Cr.P.C. has been issued against the petitioner, the Court is not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
