#2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Puraini P.S. Case No. 92 of 2018, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 406, 420, 504 & 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

At the outset, learned counsel for the informant that process under Section 82 Cr.P.C. and thereafter, Section 83 Cr.P.C. have been initiated by learned Magistrate against this petitioner and as such, this anticipatory bail petition is not maintainable, in the light of decisions of the Supreme Court in the case of (Lavesh v. State (NCT of Delhi) (2012) 8 SCC 730, Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.54369 of 2025(4) dt.08-01-2026 State of MP v. Pradeep Sharma (2014) 2 SCC 17 and Prem Shankar Prasad v. State of Bihar 2021 SCC OnLine SC 955) as also latest decision of Supreme Court in the case of State of Haryana vs. Dharamraj in (2023) 17 S.C.C. 510.
