Judgment
Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offence under Section 120-(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3, 4, 9 of Official Secret Act, 1923. Considering the nature of the offence, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Prayer for bail is rejected. The trial court is directed to expedite it within a period of one year, in view of the serious nature of the offence. Fahad. ( Anjana Prakash, J )
