CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 02/ 16-05-2013 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406 and 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Some lottery tickets and money were recovered from Sant Lal Mahto and Minchu Kumar Choudhary, who disclosed the name of the petitioners as they also run the lottery business. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the recovery has not been made from the petitioners. A statement has been made in para 9 that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20154 of 2013 (2) dt.16-05-2013 event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Hajipur Town P.S. Case No. 197 of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. DKS/ (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J.)
