CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 2 22-03-2013 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners, complainant and the State. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a complaint case in which cognizance has been taken under Sections 419 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged against the petitioners that the petitioners got the land of the uncle of the complainant transferred in their names by impersonating the uncle of the complainant who gave the said land to the complainant. It is submitted that the accusation arises out of civil nature of dispute when title suit is pending between the parties. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11074 of 2013 (2) dt.22-03-2013 thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned JM, Ist Class, Motihari in connection with complaint case no. C-2487 of 2010 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) Anil/-
