Mr.Amitesh Kumar, APP Mr. Binod Kumar Sinha, Adv. : : : 3 27-02-2023 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the ORAL ORDER learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State, the learned counsel for the informant and perused the case diary of this case. The petitioner is in custody in a case registered for offences punishable under Sections 504, 506, 324 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code. It is a case of assault due to which the informant and two others sustained injury. It is submitted that the medical report is not in consonance with the prosecution case. The petitioner is in custody since 19.01.2022 having no criminal antecedent and the injury sustained by the informant is simple in nature. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State opposed the prayer for bail. Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.50923 of 2022(3) dt.27-02-2023 Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Tatarpur P.S.
