Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. This petition has been filed for review of order dated 27.03.2008 by which this court dismissed Civil Revision No. 2101 of 2006 which was filed by the petitioner who was a tenant-defendant in the learned trial court under the provision of Section 14(8) of the Bihar Buildings (Lease, Rent and Eviction) Control Act, 1982. From the averments made by learned counsel for the petitioner and statements made in this petition, it appears that neither any error apparent on the face of the record could be shown nor any fresh material which was not available earlier could be produced nor this court finds any other reason to review the earlier order of this court.
