16.02.2012 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 409 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged being the Incharge Headmaster of the school he did not handed over the charge of mid- day meal, register, cash book, old pass book and other documents since 2009. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has now handed over the charge. Considering the fact that now the petitioner handed over the charge, let the above named petitioner Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4739 of 2012 (2) dt.16-02-2012 be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrae, Jehanabad in connection with Parasbigha P.S. Case No. 104 of 2010, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. DKS/ (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J.) .
