JUSTICE SUNIL KUMAR PANWAR : : : ORAL ORDER 5 13-09-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 406, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. It is a case of duping the money on the assurance of getting employment to the aggrieved persons by the petitioners. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. There is no documentary proof with regard Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.56817 of 2021(5) dt.13-09-2022 to receiving any money from the informant or others for the sake of facilitating job to the aggrieved persons. In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Bettiah Town P.S. Case No. 379 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Sunil Kumar Panwar, J) Shageer/- U T
