It is submitted by the learned advocate for the petitioner that the petitioner/wife in a proceeding under Section 125 of the Cr.P.C., as prayed for enhancement of maintenance allowance directed to be paid by the opposite party vide impugned order dated 05.12.2017 by the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Vaishali at Hajipur.

It is submitted by the learned advocate by the petitioner that the petitioner may be given liberty to file appropriate application under Section 127 of the Cr.P.C. before the learned Trial Judge to submit of her grievances regarding Patna High Court CR. REV. No.452 of 2018(6) dt.18-12-2023 enhancement of maintenance and the instant revision may be permitted to withdraw.

The petitioner is at liberty to file appropriate application in the Trial Court for enhancement of maintenance.
