The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 120B, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. The accusation is of killing the husband of the informant. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the name of the petitioner transpired Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.56826 of 2021(2) dt.21-06-2022 in this case only on the basis of suspicion. There is no eye witness to the occurrence. There is no other substantive evidence to suggest the implication of the petitioner in this case. 02.12.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 10135 of 2021. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai in connection with Lakhisarai (Ramgarh Chowk) P.S.
