----------- Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special P.P. Vigilance. The offences alleged are under sections 7 / 13 of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988. Allegation against the petitioner is that on his telephonic instruction money in question was handed over to the Investigating Officer of another case namely, Maheshwar Pd. Verma. Trapped on being laid the alleged money was recovered from the said Verma. It is submitted that petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. It is further submitted that that the said Verma from whose possession money in question recovered has been granted bail vide order dated 30.11.2006 passed in Cr. Misc.no.51367 of 2006 as contained in annexure 4. Considering the above facts petitioner (Shashi Bhushan Prasad) is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000-/ each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Special Judge, Vigilance cases, Muzaffarpur in Special Case no. 32 of 2006 arising out of Hajipur Sadar (Ganga Bridge) P.S.
