JUSTICE RAMESH KUMAR DATTA ORAL ORDER 8 13-11-2013 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the Begusarai Municipal Corporation as also learned counsels for the State. All the petitioners have sought quashing of the letters dated 4.2.2010 issued by the Executive Officer, Municipal Corporation, Begusarai, by which enhanced security deposit has been demanded from them. The petitioners are shopkeepers holding shops on lease on the basis of settlement made with them by the Municipal Corporation on payment of security deposit and rent. At the outset learned counsel for the petitioners submits that during the pendency of the writ applications, the letter dated 26.3.2013 of the Additional Municipal Commissioner has been issued to all the shopkeepers informing them that the agreement is to be renewed and for the said purpose they had been directed to Patna High Court CWJC No.5093 of 2010 (8) dt.13-11-2013 8 deposit their agreements by 31.3.2013 so that further steps could be taken. It is submitted that accordingly all the petitioners have already submitted their agreements before the Municipal Corporation and thus so far as the present writ applications are concerned, they have become infructuous. In view of the aforesaid submission of learned counsel for the petitioners, all the writ applications are disposed of as infructuous. V.P.Sinha/- (Ramesh Kumar Datta, J)
