JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 2 04-03-2013 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners, informant and the State. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 323, 324, 341 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is of assaulting the niece and wife of the informant. One of the injuries on the nose of the wife of the informant has been found to be grievous. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the grievous injury has been caused by Siraj who is not petitioner before this Court when there is counter version of the occurrence also. It is submitted by learned counsel for the informant that one of the injuries has been found to be grievous when all accused were sharing common intention. Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6240 of 2013 (2) dt.04-03-2013 Considering the fact that grievous injury is alleged to have been caused by Siraj (non-petitioner), let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Raniganj P.S. Case No. 190 of 2012, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. Amrendra/- (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J)
