Heard Mr. Purushottam Kumar Jha, learned counsel ----------- appearing on behalf of the petitioners and Mr. Anil Singh learned counsel appearing on behalf of the University as well as Assistant Counsel for the State. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the grievances/issues raised by the petitioners in these - 4 - writ applications are covered by a decision of this Court passed in C.W.J.C. 4303 of 2007 and analogous cases which was disposed of on
18. 3. 2008 as also a judgment of this court passed in L.P.A. No. 434 of 2008, vide judgment dated 23rd July, 2008. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the University also does not dispute that these cases be also disposed of in terms of order passed in the aforesaid two cases. Considering the submissions of the parties, grievances/unpaid claims if any as raised in the aforesaid writ petitions may also be considered and disposed of by the Respondents in light of above order and judgment of this Court as referred to above expeditiously preferably within a period of four months on receipt/production of certified copy of this order. The petitioners will be as liberty to submit their specific pending/claims along with certified copy of present order.
