No. 6899 of 2012 Although the matter has been posted under the heading ‘For orders on petition’ but considering the prayer made in the Civil Revision application questioning the order passed by the learned court below refusing the prayer of the petitioner for analogous hearing of Partition Suit No. 114 of 2000 and Partition Suit No. 294 of 2003 with Title Suit No. 152 of 2003, learned counsel is permitted to convert this Civil Revision application into an application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India in the light of the pronouncement reported in 2010 (2) PLJR 954 (Durga Devi Vs. Vijay Kumar Poddar) within four weeks’ from today. The interlocutory application is accordingly disposed of. S.Sb/- (Jyoti Saran, J)
