Judgment
Mr. Kumar Sunil, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the impugned order is interlocutory in nature and the revision application is not maintainable and therefore, he should be granted permission to convert this revision application into an application under article 227 in view of the decision by a Division Bench of this Court in Durga Devi Vs. Vijay Kumar Poddar, reported in 2010(2) PLJR 954. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the opposite party is also present. Permission is accorded. The petitioner is granted four weeks time to convert this revision application into an application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, failing which this application shall stand rejected without further reference to the bench.
