JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 2 16-05-2013 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners, informant and the State. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 120B, 420, 467 and 468 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that by virtue of authorized power of attorney executed by uncle of the informant in favour of the petitioner no.1, the petitioner no.1 executed sale deed in favour of petitioner no.2. It is submitted that the sale deed executed in 2005 when the present case was lodged in 2011 for Title Suit is pending between the parties. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from 2 Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20277 of 2013 (2) dt.16-05-2013 today in connection with Kamtaul P.S. Case No. 233/2011 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M. Darbhanga, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. U.K./- (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J)
